Veda Case Notifications — SMS Program
Last updated: July 12, 2026
Ennoveda Inc. ("Ennoveda," "we," "us") operates Veda, a case-management platform licensed to prosecutor and criminal-justice agencies. The Veda Case Notifications program delivers transactional case notifications from a licensed agency to the case participants it serves. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent through this program.
Who Receives Messages

Message Types You May Receive
- ▸Court-date and hearing reminders
- ▸Filing, appearance, and deadline notices
- ▸Case-status updates
- ▸Victim-services reminders and contact requests
- ▸One-time secure access codes for case portals
How You Opt In / How Consent Is Obtained
Consent is collected directly by agency staff at case intake. You provide your mobile number and are told — verbally and in writing — that you may receive the case notifications listed above. Staff record your affirmative opt-in in the Veda platform using a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default; no text message is sent unless you have opted in. You are never required to opt in to receive services.
